China's premier now says the toll could rise to more than 80,000. Earlier Saturday, he met with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon to tour the disaster zone. Crews are now working to move survivors out of possible danger zones, including areas downstream from rivers dammed by landslides and near radiation sources that have been buried in the rubble.
